The project consisted in preparation of the study for 30 villages in Romania, with a population between 475 and 6.062 inhabitants located in 5 counties: Buzau, Covasna, Salaj, Suceava and Teleorman.


As a Consultant, Eptisa developed the following activities:

Phase 1: Elaboration of Feasibility Study that included:

  1. Financial analysis;
  2. Capacity analysis of water operators;
  3. Establishment of project costs;
  4. Financial impact study, etsablishment of financial feasibility;
  5. Tariffs estimation;
  6. Cost-benefit analyses;
  7. Financial plan of the project;
  8. Request estimation;
  9. Identification of water sources;
  10. Treatment system;
  11. Deposit and distribution systems;
  12. Treatment and sewage systems;
  13. Environment impact assessment.
