The building I of the Avalon Business Park in Madrid, where Eptisa headquarters is located, has recently achieved the BREEAM "Very Good" rating after the assessment of the building's facilities, which recognizes their environmental performance and energy efficiency.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment┬ĺs Environmental Assessment Method) is a certification provided by one of the world's leading sustainability assessment and certification third party companies, whose objective is to promote a more sustainable construction that results in economic, environmental and social benefits for all people linked to the life of the building.

Obtaining the BREEAM certification entails significant benefits for the environment, because a certified building has reduced its energy consumption between 30 and 70% compared to the average, thus decreasing the emission of C02; water consumption is up to 40% lower; and operating and maintenance costs are reduced between 7 and 8%.

Thanks to this and the good environmental practices of employees in reducing the consumption of electricity, water and the carbon footprint, Eptisa is contributing in improving the environment and in the fight against climate change.
