Eptisa provides technical assistance services to the public company Barcelona de Infraestructuras Municipales S.A. (BIMSA) through two contracts to implement during two years each one. BIMSA has an annual budget of investment of about € 130M for infrastructure and facilities in the city for the coming years.

In the first contract Eptisa performs different works for the BIMSA's Department of Infrastructure, such as the schedule, economical and qualitative monitoring of the works carried out in the city, or providing site assistance visits. Moreover, Eptisa manages the relationship between the Construction Company, the construction manager and the utility companies which manage the services of the city: parks and gardens, lighting, and other urban spaces. Eptisa also updates and introduces all representative data about the works in the GESTBIMSA database.

In the second contract, Eptisa provides support to the Department of Infrastructure and Technology for the review and correction of technical offers and projects under execution, the adaptation of the projects according to the regulations currently in force and obtaining the energy certificate for public facilities. Moreover Eptisa carries out the monitoring of the quality control tests of the facilities under construction and the management and coordination of all documents, among other activities.
