Eptisa will carry out the second phase of PROJOVENES project in El Salvador

Last April EPTISA was awarded the Project "International Technical Assistance in Support of the Implementation of the PROJOVENES II Project in El Salvador" by the European Commission. This project follows the implementation of the first phase, also carried out by EPTISA, PROJOVENES II will have a duration of 48 months and a budget of 1,481,400 €.
The main objective of this Technical Assistance project to the Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Pública de El Salvador is to promote social cohesion and to mitigate the risk factors of juvenile delinquency and violence in El Salvador. The project includes a series of actions that aim at reducing the effect of the risk factors, as well as reinforcing security among those under 35 while at the same time helping to rehabilitate those already in conflict with the Law.
EPTISA will provide the following services: Institutional Strengthening of the main Ministries with responsibilities in violence prevention and rehabilitation: integration of vulnerable groups into community life; improvement of economic opportunities for the young and their families, revitalization of spaces in the communities, supporting the building and rehabilitation of infrastructures.
