Eptisa will carry out the study and works supervision for the Civil Protection Multifunctional Centre in Haiti

The project will be executed in Port-au-Prince during eleven months

The Ministry of Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT) of Haiti has awarded to Eptisa a new project to carry out a study and works supervision for the Civil Protection Multifunctional Centre in Port-au-Prince.

The contract will last eleven months and drawing up the design will be carried out in three phases. During the first phase, the diagnostic and current status will take place, including the study of the characteristics of the foundation ground and the topographic survey. The second phase involves the definition of the technical and financial characteristics, and the third phase includes the compilation of all documentation, giving way to the phase of Study of Execution and Drawing up the Detailed Design.

Furthermore, a dossier will be prepared to complete the administrative pieces, which will be used to establish the conditions of the call for tenders for construction companies, as well as an analysis of the offers of the companies that participate and their evaluation.

After drawing up the design, it will be carried out the works supervision of the building according to the conditions of the contract. It will also be conducted the monitoring of scheduled execution, reporting and a dossier of executed works.
