Eptisa will develop diagnostic reports and auscultation plan about the physical condition of twelve Spanish unique hotels of the Paradores chain

The selected hotels for the assessment are Mérida, Zamora, Aiguablava, León, Jaén, Baiona, Santiago, Tortosa, Olite, Úbeda, Nerja and Ceuta

The Spanish hotels chain Paradores de Turismo de España, S.A. has awarded Eptisa a new consultancy contract to prepare diagnostic reports about the physical condition of the facilities and architecture of the Parador unique hotels of Mérida, Zamora, Aiguablava, León, Jaén, Baiona, Santiago, Tortosa, Olite, Úbeda, Nerja and Ceuta.

During the inspections, Eptisa will identify the current state of the physical, security and regulations conditions of the selected buildings for develop a report with the defects found. Eptisa will also propose the necessary corrective measures for their adaptation to the regulations currently in force and compliance with quality standards according to the stars of the establishment.

Due to the characteristics of the group related to its large size, diversity, antique and level of protection, this project will require a meticulous process of analysis in each hotel.
