Eptisa will provide design the refurbishment of the commercial area in the terminal T4 and terminal T4S of the Madrid-Barajas International Airport

The area of the project has an estimated surface area of 23.500 m2, 7.000 m2 of which will be a new construction

Eptisa has been awarded a new contract to design in order to give both the retail and communal areas of the Madrid-Barajas International airport a new general appearance. Also, it will be designed the needed infrastructures to service the new design requirements, as well as execute new floor structures in areas that will be use as boarding areas, passages and general information places.

The area of the project has an estimated surface area of 23.500 m2, 7.000 m2 of which will be a new construction zone.

The objective is to create pleasant, comfortable and suggestive both retail and for walk areas, those capture the passengers┬ĺ attention during the time before their boarding and drive them to these new shopping, restaurants, leisure and rest areas.

Previously, Eptisa also provided technical assistance for the control and supervision for the construction works of the new retail areas in terminals T1, T2 and T3 at Madrid-Barajas International Airport, and the works to build the new routes and taxiways accessing the area between runaways 18 and 36.
