New contract to carry out the cadastral regularization in four municipalities located in Chiquimula Department, Guatemala

Eptisa will carry out the cadastral and limited land regularization processes during 24 months

The government of Guatemala through the Cadastral Information Registry – CIR –, has awarded to Eptisa in consortium with Euroestudios the Lot 1 of the second phase of the Land Administration Project for Guatemala. This contract will last 24 months and has a budget of $USD 2.612.321.

The objective of the Second Land Administration Project of Guatemala is to foster the efficient and accessible process of secure tenure of land in the project area through the provision of cadastral and land administration.

Eptisa will carry out the cadastral and limited land regularization processes with the aim of determine both physical and geometric characteristics of the land located in the municipalities of San Juan Ermita, Olopa, Quezaltepeque y Camotán in Chiquimula department, as well as to obtain information about these municipalities and the cadastral owners.
