Our Ethics Reporting Channel serves as a corporate mechanism designed to facilitate secure and confidential inquiries from employees or third parties regarding the interpretation and application of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as the overall Regulatory Compliance Model of the Group. In addition, this channel allows you to report various unethical behaviors, including but not limited to fraud, corruption, anti-competitive practices, or violations related to the prevention of money laundering. Our commitment to preventing and addressing issues extends to the proactive management of potential cases of sexual, workplace, and gender-based harassment.
To fulfill this commitment, we have established the Ethics Channel, providing a platform for reporting potential situations of harassment or discriminatory acts within our workplaces. The Regulatory Compliance Unit oversees the functioning of the Ethics Channel, conducting thorough analyses of complaints and inquiries submitted through this channel. This unit is dedicated to upholding the confidentiality and rights of individuals affected, ensuring the protection of the complainant throughout the process.

EPTISA Board of Directors is accountable for processing your personal data as part of the comprehensive management of the Internal Information System and the Ethics Channel you are about to access.
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of investigating the reported facts and implementing appropriate measures within the legal framework governing such matters. Should you prefer, you have the option to submit an anonymous complaint through our Ethics Channel. Such anonymous complaints will be investigated in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, dated February 20th, regulating the protection of individuals reporting breaches of Union Law.
Additionally, we want to make you aware that we may obtain the data you provide through the Ethics Channel or from third parties in case of public disclosure.
