{"id":807,"count":6,"description":"<p>\n  In <strong>Africa<\/strong>, our activity spans both the <strong>Maghreb<\/strong> (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Mauritania) and <strong>Sub-Saharan Africa<\/strong>, where we are actively engaged in countries such as <strong>Senegal, Niger, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, and Angola<\/strong>. We are especially recognized for our experience in <strong>water and sanitation infrastructure, environment, urban development, transport, and institutional strengthening<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  We have <strong>permanent offices in Ethiopia<\/strong>, which strengthen our operational capacity in <strong>East Africa<\/strong>. In this country, as well as in <strong>Angola<\/strong>, we have delivered high-impact contracts in sectors critical to <strong>social and economic development<\/strong>, consolidating our position as a <strong>regional reference partner<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  One of our most prominent milestones is our involvement in the <strong>ROM (Results-Oriented Monitoring) project<\/strong>, a European Union initiative in which Eptisa has led the <strong>monitoring and evaluation of cooperation projects across the African continent<\/strong>. This work has been essential to assess the <strong>impact, effectiveness, and sustainability<\/strong> of EU-funded interventions in diverse sectors.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  In the <strong>Middle East<\/strong>, our experience has focused on countries such as <strong>Oman<\/strong> (where we maintain a <strong>permanent office<\/strong>), <strong>Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, and Iraq<\/strong>, developing projects in <strong>institutional support, public services, and strategic planning<\/strong> \u2014 even in <strong>fragile and post-conflict settings<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  Our work is carried out in close collaboration with institutions such as the <strong>European Union, the World Bank, the African Development Bank, AECID<\/strong>, and other <strong>bilateral and multilateral agencies<\/strong>.
