Mauricio holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with a Special Mention as a European Doctor. He also completed the Senior Executive Program (PADE) at IESE Business School, University of Navarra.<\/p>\n\n
He serves as a Board Member of the Spanish Association of Civil Engineers, a Member of the Board of the Spanish Environmental Club (Club Espa\u00f1ol del Medio Ambiente), a Trustee of Fundaci\u00f3n Caminos, and a Member of the Committee on Engineering and Sustainable Development at the Institute of Engineering of Spain. He is also an Independent Director on the Boards of BANCOFAR and FAM-Caminos, both part of the Banco Caminos Group. <\/p>\n\n

How would you define your leadership style?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n The essence of my role is to help every person at EPTISA reach their fullest professional potential. I work and lead in an environment of honesty, integrity, and transparency, with trust, teamwork, and sound individual judgment as the pillars of our service to clients. I am well aware that in doing so, we often make mistakes \u2014 every day \u2014 and that\u2019s part of the journey. I also recognize how demanding and challenging our work can be, and I value the daily effort of everyone \u2014 whether in the office, the lab, on the road, in meetings, on construction sites, or especially when working abroad. <\/p>\n\n What is your greatest challenge as an executive today?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n My greatest motivation within the exciting EPTISA project is the development of all our people and contributing to the continued growth and stability of our company. I am convinced that as we move forward with the goals of our Strategic Plan, we will all grow and benefit \u2014 bringing us closer to our highest personal and professional aspirations.
