Houping, a graduate of Anhui University, holds a double bachelor’s degree in Management and Literature.<\/p>\n\n
He joined JSTI Group in 2008 and has since held several key positions, including Compensation & Benefit Manager, Senior Performance Manager, and Assistant to the Chairman. He currently serves as the Director of Strategy at JSTI Group. In 2016, he played a pivotal role in facilitating the strategic alliance between JSTI Group and EPTISA.<\/p>\n\n
He has also served as a career development mentor at renowned universities such as China University of Geosciences and Southeast University.<\/p>\n\n
He is a certified expert in the upgraded Quality Management System (QMS) for the survey and design industry, registered with the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People\u2019s Republic of China (CNCA). He contributed to drafting specific chapters of the evaluation guidelines for the upgraded QMS certification in the sector.<\/p>\n\n
