How would you define your leadership style?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Approachable and collaborative. Starting out as a Project Director gave me a clear understanding of the real challenges teams face in their day-to-day work. It allowed me to stay close to them, understand their needs, and support them with empathy. Thanks to this, I\u2019m often recognized as just another member of the team. I promote a working environment where open communication, trust, and collaboration are key to achieving common goals.<\/p>\n\n How do you envision the future of the sector over the next 10 years? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n I envision a sector that is increasingly driven by technology and deeply transformed by innovation, sustainability, and evolving social demands. The engineering of the future will not only be more digital, but also more conscious of its impact \u2014 and more focused on improving people’s lives. In fact, we\u2019re already seeing how artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics are revolutionizing the way we design, plan, and make decisions \u2014 while clients and users demand solutions that are more sustainable, efficient, and aligned with today\u2019s major global challenges, such as climate change, future mobility, and responsible resource management.<\/p>\n\n What inspires you outside of work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Traveling to discover new cultures.
