Open communication, trust among team members and commitment to excellence are the key points.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What message would you like to convey to the new generations of engineers or professionals in the sector?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fondo-cielo wp-block-paragraph\">Technologies will change, but people remain at the core of every system. Build for inclusion, accessibility and equity. The best infrastructure is the one that serves everyone with dignity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What person\u2014historical or current\u2014would you like to invite over for coffee?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fondo-cielo wp-block-paragraph\">Ilia Chavchavadze: Georgian writer, thinker and political figure who shaped the soul of modern Georgia and advocated independence, linguistic rights, education and cultural revival. Chavchavadze was both a reformer and a protector of heritage. I would like to explore how he balanced these forces and what advice he would give to current leaders facing similar tensions.
