EPTISA Romania participated with own stand at the 22nd edition of EXPOAPA<\/strong> in Sibiu between 28 and 30 September 2022.<\/p>\n

EXPOAPA is a key annual event addressing all water professionals, representatives of central and local authorities , as well as representatives of international financial institutions, the academic environment and operators of water supply and sewerage systems in Romania.<\/p>\n

Over the years, EPTISA Romania has been a constant participant in the event as a reputed leading engineering and design consulting company in the field of water and wastewater infrastructure in Romania, carrying out complex infrastructure projects in this sector. Currently, EPTISA is implementing 16 projects practically including all key activities: design-supervision-project management.<\/p>\n

The event also hosted the seminar \u2019\u2019Financing water infrastructure througt European funds and correlation of investment programs in the sector\u2019\u2019<\/strong>. The seminar was attended by the Minister of European Investments and Projects<\/strong>, the President of the Romanian Water Association, as well as representatives of the EIB, EBRD, WB and National Procurement Agency and included presentation on the status of projects within the Large Infrastructure Investment Program co-financed by the EU and aspects regarding the simplification and standardization of public procurement procedures, as well as financing opportunities for the following years in order to achieve the objectives of the EU Water and Wastewater Directives.<\/p>\n

Within this seminar, the Deputy General Director of EPTISA Romania, PhD. Eng. Constantin Alexandrescu<\/strong> gave a relevant and extensive presentation about practical issues of current and future projects included in the two major European funding programs: Large Infrastructure, which is approaching completion (December 2023), and Sustainable Development 2021-2027.
