These include integrated solutions that bring co-benefits to the citizens in the development of the urban clusters.<\/p>\n<p>The civil works contracts to be supervised includes a variety of works, such as restoration of\u00a0 buildings and cultural heritage monuments\/sights, touristic infrastructure, as well as municipal water\/wastewater systems, lighting, local roads and utility services. These works also include both reconstruction\/rehabilitation\/renovation and construction of Kindergarten and Sport Complex buildings with particular attention on structural works and implementation of energy efficiency measures.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10483 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/eptisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/pic-1-1-300x225.jpg\" alt='' width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of construction supervision is to execute control over the rehabilitation works in order to ensure high quality of construction, adherence to the terms of work execution provided for in the construction contracts in compliance with the detailed design and specification requirements, which in its turn will result in reliability, long-term
