{"id":2429,"date":"2024-05-23T06:30:14","date_gmt":"2024-05-23T04:30:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eptisa.com\/?p=2429"},"modified":"2025-09-12T21:05:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T19:05:07","slug":"caminos-foundation-awards-gala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eptisa.com\/en\/caminos-foundation-awards-gala\/","title":{"rendered":"Caminos Foundation Awards Gala"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-14629 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eptisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/DSC02293-1-293x300.jpg\" alt='' width=\"293\" height=\"300\" \/>Yesterday took place, at the Teatro Real, the <strong>Caminos Foundation Awards Gala<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Mauricio G\u00f3mez Villarino<\/strong>, trustee of the Foundation and CEO of Eptisa, had the privilege of presenting one of the most beautiful awards, the  <strong>Rafael Izquierdo Solidarity Award<\/strong>, which was awarded to the <strong>ROTARY FOUNDATION Aniceto Zaragoza and Friends of Nyum<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-14627 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/eptisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/M4A3912-1-1-300x205.jpg\" alt='' width=\"300\" height=\"205\" \/>bani Amor Sola<\/strong> for the project \u201cconstruction of a rainwater harvesting pool to improve self-sustainability and quality of life in the eco-village of Nyumbani, Kitui, Kenya\u201d.<br \/>\nThe Fundaci\u00f3n Caminos, within the framework of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, aims to promote professional excellence and disseminate the creative and cooperative characteristics of the profession through the patronage of individuals and institutions that are part of or linked to the civil engineering community.<br \/>\nIn this search for excellence, a series of prizes are awarded to the professionals with the most accumulated merits, to the companies that have contribu<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-14628 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eptisa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/M4A4344-1-1-300x200.jpg\" alt='' width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>ted the most to the technical development of the profession, to the most structurally and aesthetically advanced works and, of course, to the solidarity initiatives carried out by the engineers or their companies in order to provide welfare to communities in precarious conditions in developing countries.<\/p>\n<p>Eptisa was magnificently represented, in addition to its CEO <strong>Mauricio G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, by its President <strong>Luis Villarroya, Laura Gorrachategui, F\u00e9lix Guijarro, Pedro Beltr\u00e1n, Oscar Rodr\u00edguez, Juan Ortas <\/strong>and <strong>Juan Manuel Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, all of them civil engineers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday took place, at the Teatro Real, the Caminos Foundation Awards Gala.
