{"id":2460,"date":"2024-10-09T06:33:14","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T04:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eptisa.com\/?p=2460"},"modified":"2025-09-12T21:05:11","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T19:05:11","slug":"eptisa-participates-in-the-conference-on-strategic-water-challenges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eptisa.com\/en\/eptisa-participates-in-the-conference-on-strategic-water-challenges\/","title":{"rendered":"Eptisa participates in the Conference on Strategic Water Challenges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Eptisa<\/strong> participated on 4 October in the <strong>Conference on Strategic Water Challenges<\/strong>, organised by Activos, El Peri\u00f3dico de Espa\u00f1a and Prensa Ib\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Our colleague <strong>Jose Garc\u00eda Coba,<\/strong> responsible for water resources and flood management, was part of the first panel of experts \u2018Spain&#8217;s challenge in the face of water stress\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Coba gave an interesting introduction to the problem of water stress, its most relevant factors and consequences and explained how an engineering company such as Eptisa is capable of tackling this problem in a global way.<\/p>\n<p>The round table was moderated by Jos\u00e9 Trigueros, president of the Association of Civil Engineers, and Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Coba was accompanied by relevant people such as Carlos Guillermo Ruiz del Portal, Head of Hydrological Planning of the Mi\u00f1o-Sil Hydrographic Confederation and Luis Antonio Mart\u00ednez, Deputy Director General of Hydrological Planning of the Directorate General for Water.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eptisa participated on 4 October in the Conference on Strategic Water Challenges, organised by Activos, El Peri\u00f3dico de Espa\u00f1a and Prensa Ib\u00e9rica.
