{"id":3835,"date":"2025-10-02T12:43:21","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T10:43:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eptisa.com\/?post_type=proyectos&#038;p=3835"},"modified":"2025-10-02T12:43:23","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T10:43:23","slug":"technical-assistance-for-project-management-and-works-supervision-within-the-regional-water-and-wastewater-infrastructure-development-project-in-buzau-county","status":"publish","type":"proyectos","link":"https:\/\/www.eptisa.com\/en\/projects\/technical-assistance-for-project-management-and-works-supervision-within-the-regional-water-and-wastewater-infrastructure-development-project-in-buzau-county\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical Assistance for Project Management and Works Supervision within the &#8220;Regional Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Development Project in Buz\u0103u County&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eptisa is delivering <strong>technical assistance<\/strong> services to support the implementation of the <strong>Regional Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Development Project in Buz\u0103u County<\/strong>, a major initiative aimed at improving water supply and sanitation systems in the region.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract includes <strong>project management and supervision of works,<\/strong> ensuring that all activities are executed in line with national regulations and EU standards, and that the infrastructure meets long-term development goals.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scope of Work<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revision of the Master Plan<\/strong> to define short-, medium-, and long-term investment programs (covering at least 20 years post-completion).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Updating the general cost estimate<\/strong> of the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visibility and communication actions<\/strong> in accordance with EU Regulation No. 1303\/2013 and the Visual Identity Manual for Structural Instruments 2014\u20132020.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implementation of GIS systems<\/strong> for Ramnicu S\u0103rat, Nehoiu, and P\u0103t\u00e2rlagele water and sewage networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hydraulic modeling for the Nehoiu water and sewage system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting as <strong>FIDIC Engineer\/Supervisor <\/strong>for works contracts, ensuring compliance with Romanian construction supervision regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring of environmental and social aspects<\/strong>, including oversight of the contractor\u2019s Social Action Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supervision of testing, commissioning, and operation <\/strong>of the infrastructure during the Defect Notification\/Warranty Period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ongoing technical assistance<\/strong> throughout the contract duration to ensure successful implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project will significantly enhance the <strong>quality, reliability, and sustainability<\/strong> of water and wastewater services in Buz\u0103u County.
