How would you define your leadership style?

The essence of my role is to help every person at EPTISA reach their fullest professional potential. I work and lead in an environment of honesty, integrity, and transparency, with trust, teamwork, and sound individual judgment as the pillars of our service to clients. I am well aware that in doing so, we often make mistakes — every day — and that’s part of the journey. I also recognize how demanding and challenging our work can be, and I value the daily effort of everyone — whether in the office, the lab, on the road, in meetings, on construction sites, or especially when working abroad.

What is your greatest challenge as an executive today?

My greatest motivation within the exciting EPTISA project is the development of all our people and contributing to the continued growth and stability of our company. I am convinced that as we move forward with the goals of our Strategic Plan, we will all grow and benefit — bringing us closer to our highest personal and professional aspirations. Through this, we will also contribute to the development of our society and help create a more livable and enjoyable planet for generations to come — because that is the true value of our profession.

What is your favorite place in the world?

The village where I spent my childhood summers — my father’s hometown — Prados Redondos, in the Castilian steppe.
