Job Responsibilities
The Technical Office Manager is a key professional in the planning, coordination and supervision of the technical aspects of a project or company. His/her role is fundamental to guarantee that the technical processes are developed efficiently, complying with the established quality standards, deadlines and costs. The following are the typical functions performed by this position:
- Assist the Unit Manager to Perform the supervision and monitoring of the Execution Plan and the quality of information from subcontractors and other participating companies. It will be your responsibility to ensure the implementation of all quality assurance procedures.
- Control and supervise the tasks of stakeout control, control of work execution as well as of the final “as built” documentation, including the redaction of modified projects. Responsible for the measurements and certification of the work as well as the realization of monthly reports, and specific reports.
Essential requirements
- University degree in Engineering, MECES level 2 or EQF level 6.
- Minimum experience of five (5) years in execution and/or control of construction works, and a specific minimum experience of two (2) years in technical office work in the execution or control of linear works with tunnels and viaducts.
- Residence in the Basque Country.
- Proactive person with initiative.
