Construction Accreditations
Registered testing laboratories for quality control in building, according to the groups established by Royal Decree 410/2010: geotechnics, roads, service tests, structural concrete structures, structural steel structures, and masonry works:
Registered control entities for building quality control according to the groups established in Royal Decree 410/2010: ground studies and building condition assessments, verification of compliance with the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and other applicable regulations in new and renovated buildings, evaluation of building performance throughout its useful life, supervision of energy efficiency certification, and evaluation of sustainability, functional, and spatial performance.
Environmental Accreditations
Eptisa is accredited by ENAC under the UNE-EN-ISO/IEC 17020 standard as an Environmental Inspection Body for the investigation of soil and groundwater quality in contaminated areas.
Additionally, Eptisa is an Authorized Control Body (OCA) by several regional administrations for environmental quality in the areas of potentially contaminated soils and groundwater:
