The Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos has awarded the contract for the maintenance of licenses for the content search engine integrated in the public portals of Correos to EPTISA Information Technologies, thus renewing the current contract that EPTISA IT had been executing since 2020.
The purpose of the contract is the maintenance and support of software/hardware and subscriptions of the content search engine integrated in the public portals of Correos, which is part of the production systems of Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos S.A. S.M.E. and which are implemented using Mindbreeze technology.
Scope of the contract:
- Comprehensive maintenance of hardware/software equipment, advice and support by EPTISA IT during the entire contract period.
- Advanced technical assistance on the development and implementation, in the production environments of the Correos Web (pre-production and production), of the search engine page, as well as the integration of this page with the chosen product and the Correos systems.
- Design, development and implementation, in the production environments of the public portals of Correos (pre-production and production), of the search engine pages, as well as the integration of these pages with the chosen product.
To be executed in 36 months.
