As part of our expansion strategy, we established new subsidiaries in Croatia, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2012 and 2013, further strengthening our local operational capacity. Our office in Croatia, based in Zagreb, has played a key role in delivering high-impact projects in sectors such as transport, water, and institutional strengthening. It has established itself as a strategic center for our operations across the Adriatic region.
In 2014, we expanded further with the opening of an office in Montenegro, and in 2015, we created Eptisa Illyria to serve the Albanian and Kosovar markets.
These national offices are responsible for coordinating all commercial activities, directly managing projects, and overseeing technical supervision and quality control of all Eptisa initiatives in each country. Our local presence allows us to optimize resources, respond swiftly to market needs, and maintain direct relationships with final beneficiaries—principles that underpin our work across Southeast Europe.
