Eptisa is leading the technical, administrative and contractual supervision services for the construction of the Malatya Dried Apricot Licensed Warehouse and Exchange Center, with the objective of promoting the socio-economic development of the region and modernizing the apricot value chain. The contract is being executed in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions for Construction (Red Book, 1999).
Scope of services:
- Full site supervision and technical, regulatory and deadline compliance
- Management of contracts, payments, modifications and claims
- Review and approval of designs, materials and processing systems
- Coordination between contractors and equipment suppliers
- Supervision of assembly and operation of processing and packaging machinery.
- Quality control, construction site safety and environmental monitoring
- Supervision of the 990 kWp photovoltaic system installed at the complex.
Specialized technical equipment:
- Construction management, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers, and surveyors.
- Experts in solar energy, occupational safety, quality control and food processing
- Contract and quantity surveying specialists
