Andreja Todosijević holds a Diploma in Traffic and Transport Engineering (equivalent to a Master of Science degree), from the Faculty of Traffic and Transport Engineering at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. He specializes in road and urban traffic and transport.

He is a certified engineer, accredited by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers. He is also an active member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES) / the Serbian FIDIC Organization, the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), and the Society of Construction Law (UK). With over 19 years of professional experience—including more than 17 years in management and business development within Eptisa and over 15 years of engineering expertise, Andreja has held a wide range of positions and has participated in various types of engineering projects. He currently oversees Eptisa’s operations in the Western Balkans and Croatia.
