What motivated you to join Eptisa?

After several years living in the United States, I decided to relocate to Spain. Eptisa fue la primera empresa que contacté y al día siguiente me recibieron en sus oficinas. Eptisa was the first company I contacted, and they welcomed me into their offices the very next day. I was impressed by the scale of the international projects they were handling, combined with the human quality of their relationships with employees. From that first meeting, I knew I wanted to be part of Eptisa — and I have never regretted that decision.

What message would you like to share with the next generation of engineers or professionals in the sector?

I believe the new generations must understand that we are living in an increasingly smaller and more interconnected world. Future engineers need to develop the skills that will allow them to face professional challenges in multicultural environments and view international mobility as one of the greatest advantages of our profession.

Do you have a daily routine you never skip?

Every day after work, I walk for at least one hour — wherever I happen to be. I believe it’s the best way to get to know a place and interact with people.
