What motivated you to join Eptisa?
A great corporate culture and a personality driven by self-challenge.
How do you envision the future of the sector in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, global talent management will centre around digitalization, remote work, diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and skill-based development. To stay competitive in a rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations must build agile, people-centred talent ecosystems empowered by technology and continuous learning.
What person—historical or current—would you like to invite over for coffee?
I would invite Zeng Guofan. As a historical figure, he embodied a rare combination of strategic thinking, moral discipline, and practical governance. I admire his ability to lead in times of national crisis, his emphasis on self-cultivation and lifelong learning, and his deep commitment to talent development and organizational integrity. A conversation with him would offer timeless insights into leadership, resilience, and the art of balancing personal virtue with public responsibility.
