What has been the most important lesson in your professional career?

There have been many lessons over 25 years, but above all, I would highlight the importance of TRUST in building a successful professional path. Trust received from your superiors, trust in yourself to accept that mistakes are part of decision-making, and most importantly, trust in the team around you — without a doubt, they are the ones who make it possible to achieve any strategic goal.

What role should Eptisa play in addressing global challenges such as climate change, digitalization, and sustainable mobility?

We must be a global benchmark, and for that reason, these three areas are especially prominent in our corporate strategy. EPTISA is committed to developing complex, high-value, multidisciplinary projects where these global challenges are at the forefront. To achieve our goals, we must continue to specialize — within a global framework — with a clear focus on creating value and generating knowledge.

What inspires you outside of work? (books, travels, people…)

This might sound like the obvious answer from a parent, but my daughter is my greatest source of inspiration. I love listening to the common sense of a 10-year-old — free from prejudice and full of kindness.
