The essence of my work is to contribute to the professional development of each person at EPTISA. I am a person who works and manages in an environment of honesty, integrity and transparency and who bases this management on trust, on the team and on the criteria of the people, to give the best service to our dear customers. I am aware that in this work we make mistakes many times, every day, it is part of the board. I am also aware that our work is demanding and not easy, and of the effort we all make every day in the office, in the laboratory, on a trip, in a meeting, on a construction site and, especially, when we have to travel abroad.
What is your greatest challenge as an executive today?
My greatest current motivation in the exciting project of EPTISA is the development of all the people who are part of it and to be able to contribute to our company to continue its path of growth and strength. I am aware that by moving towards the objectives of our Strategic Plan we will all benefit and grow to get closer to our best personal and professional aspirations. By doing so, we will also contribute to the development of our society and make our planet more livable and enjoyable for many years to come, because that is what our profession is all about.
What is your favorite place in the world?
The village where I spent my childhood summers — my father’s hometown — Prados Redondos, in the Castilian steppe.
