What has been the greatest learning experience in your professional career?
I believe that creating an environment where collaboration prevails over competition is essential for the team. Open communication, trust among team members and commitment to excellence are the key points.
What message would you like to convey to the new generations of engineers or professionals in the sector?
Technologies will change, but people remain at the core of every system. Build for inclusion, accessibility and equity. The best infrastructure is the one that serves everyone with dignity.
What person—historical or current—would you like to invite over for coffee?
Ilia Chavchavadze: Georgian writer, thinker and political figure who shaped the soul of modern Georgia and advocated independence, linguistic rights, education and cultural revival. Chavchavadze was both a reformer and a protector of heritage. I would like to explore how he balanced these forces and what advice he would give to current leaders facing similar tensions. In a world once again facing cultural erosion and growing nationalism, his legacy reminds me that patriotism must be wise, humanistic and anchored in moral responsibility.
