Eptisa participated on 4 October in the Conference on Strategic Water Challenges, organised by Activos, El Periódico de España and Prensa Ibérica.
Our colleague Jose García Coba, responsible for water resources and flood management, was part of the first panel of experts ‘Spain’s challenge in the face of water stress’.
José García Coba gave an interesting introduction to the problem of water stress, its most relevant factors and consequences and explained how an engineering company such as Eptisa is capable of tackling this problem in a global way.
The round table was moderated by José Trigueros, president of the Association of Civil Engineers, and José García Coba was accompanied by relevant people such as Carlos Guillermo Ruiz del Portal, Head of Hydrological Planning of the Miño-Sil Hydrographic Confederation and Luis Antonio Martínez, Deputy Director General of Hydrological Planning of the Directorate General for Water.
